  1. Refund & Return Policy: Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or initiate refunds for reasons such as change of mind, accidental ordering, or personal preference.

    Exceptions to the Rule We will happily issue a refund or send a replacement only under the following two circumstances: 
    Damaged or Defective Items: The product arrived broken, damaged, or unusable. 

    Our Mistake: We sent you the wrong item, wrong size, or there was an error in your order fulfillment. How to Request a Refund or Replacement If your order meets either of the conditions above, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your package.

    Step 2: Include your Order Number in the subject line.
    Step 3: Provide a brief explanation of the issue and attach clear photos of the damaged item or the mistake.

    What Happens Next? Once we receive your email and verify the damage or error, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will gladly: Ship out a replacement item at no extra cost to you, OR Issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
